Minutes of the meeting of the Parallelisation Subgroup on 30th March 2006

Present Ian Watson, Ian Rogers, Andrew Dinn, Jisheng Zhao, Chris Kirkham

JZ presented some graphs comparing an adaptive scheme for determining granualarity of parallel loop bodies with a "recursive distribution" scheme. There was a lot of discussion of these results, in an attempt to understand the two schemes.
